Services Description

crisp-labs provides culinary education services including cooking workshops, private instruction, recipe development consultation, and private dining experiences. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Workshop registrations and service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods and terms will be provided during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before a workshop are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a workshop are non-refundable.

For private sessions and dining experiences, cancellations made more than 21 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 21 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before a scheduled event are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols
• Disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
• Respect other participants and maintain a collaborative environment
• Use equipment and facilities responsibly

Health and Safety

Participants must inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect their participation. While we make reasonable accommodations, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Participants engage in hands-on cooking activities at their own risk. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow food safety standards, but cannot be held liable for minor injuries that may occur during normal cooking activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including recipes, instructional materials, photographs, and text, is the property of crisp-labs and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Recipes and techniques shared during workshops are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of the session.
